1. According to the transmittance

2. Score according to performance

Acrylic plate according to the performance can be divided into impact resistant plate, UV resistant plate, ordinary plate and special plate such as high impact plate, flame retardant plate, frosted board, metal effect plate, high wear resistant plate, light plate and so on.

3. According to the production process.

(1) Casting plate: high molecular, excellent stiffness, strength and excellent chemical resistance. This kind of plate is characterized by small batch processing, has incomparable flexibility in color system and surface texture effect, and the product specifications are complete, practical for a variety of special purposes.

(2) Extrusion plate: compared with casting plate, extrusion plate has lower molecular weight, slightly weaker mechanical properties and higher flexibility. However, this feature is conducive to bending and hot forming processing, softening time is shorter. When dealing with large size sheet, it is conducive to all kinds of rapid vacuum blister molding. At the same time, the thickness tolerance of the extruded plate is smaller than that of the cast plate (casting :1.8MM-300MM, extrusion: 0.5-12MM). Because extrusion plate is mass automated production, color and specifications are inconvenient to adjust, so the diversity of product specifications is limited to a certain extent.
