Anti-static gloves are made of special anti-static polyester fabric. The base material is made of yarn and conductive fibers. The distance between conductive fibers is 4mm, 5mm or 10mm. Products cause damage, it is suitable for widespread use in the electronics industry, semiconductors, clean rooms and daily life. So do you know what are the advantages of PU carbon fiber anti-static gloves?
In the anti-static industry, common anti-static gloves are made of polyester cloth and conductive fibers. This gloves have good anti-static performance and the effect of fitting the hand is relatively common. There is a control of the number of washings, generally about 100 times for grade A, and about 50 times for grade B. It is more suitable for the optoelectronic industry and the circuit board industry, but the replacement frequency is too high and the consumption is large.
In order to save costs, many companies have used a PU carbon fiber anti-static gloves in order to save costs. This glove is permanent anti-static, anti-pollution, non-slip, heat-insulating, wear-resistant, easy to absorb sweat, good breathability, and extremely elastic, which fits the hand shape and is comfortable to wear. It also has the function of resistance to weak acid and weak alkali, and has excellent anti-slip effect. It can avoid slipping when grabbing items, leaving no fingerprints and other traces. After wearing, it is flexible to operate, suitable for fine work, and can better improve production efficiency. The fingers of carbon fiber anti-static gloves are more user-friendly, with a semi-circular shape, which fits the fingers, which can relieve the pressure of the product during operation, and is suitable for long-term operation. The gloves are lint-free and glue-free, and can be washed frequently.
There are two types of PU carbon fiber anti-static, one is palm coating and the other is finger coating. Its manufacturing process is to weave 80% dust-free nylon yarn and carbon fiber conductive yarn through machine weaving. Soak the knitted gloves in a solvent, the solvent is a mixture of polyurethane resin and methylrolidone in a ratio of 1:1,3 to 1:1.8. After soaking, the anti-static gloves are treated in a water bath, and then dried. The drying time is 50 to 60 minutes, and the drying temperature is 100 to 110 degrees. The methylrolidone in the solvent was recovered from the water bath by vacuum decompression method. Pack after drying.
The surface resistance of the gloves is 10E6-10E8, and the effect of eliminating static electricity on the human body is obvious and lasting. Applicable to weak current, precision instrument assembly, electronics, instrumentation and other industries.
